Christmas Recipes

Where to even start with Christmas recipes? This year might be quieter than most, but some classic Christmas favourites are a perfect way to enjoy the break. We have pulled together some quick, affordable festive side-dish recipes that you might like to add to your list to give your meal that extra layer of magic.

  • The classic, the one and only Brussel Sprout is must addition - enjoy plain, with almonds and bacon, or chestnuts and lardons.

  • Carrots are the perfect way to brighten a Christmas dinner. Served glazed or add lemon and cumin.

  • Red cabbage is a great vitamin boost and can be cooked with apples, or if you have a little time, slow cooked.

  • Not a fan of too many pots and pans on the hob? Stick to roasting your root vegetables.

  • Add something special to your roast potatoes with a garlic and herb twist

  • Another side dish that makes a Christmas dinner that bit more than a standard Sunday roast; the stuffing.
