Brussel sprouts with buttered almonds and bacon
To start this recipe, prepare your sprouts with one of our plain sprouts methods
Whilst the sprouts are cooking melt 10g of butt er in a frying pan, toss in about 25g of flaked almonds and 100g of bacon lardons and cook for a few minutes until golden. Once the sprouts are cooked, drain well and mix with the buttered almonds and bacon.
