Leftover turkey sandwiches
INGREDIENTS
4 slices of bread (or baguettes, baps or rolls)
150g left over turkey, sliced or shredded
2 tbsp cranberry sauce
2 tbsp of mayo
4 slices of cheese Lettuce, shredded
Tomatoes, sliced
Salt and pepper
METHOD
1. Spread mayo on the bread.
2. Layer the rest of the ingredients, top with cranberry sauce.
3. Cut in half and serve.
