Leftover turkey sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 slices of bread (or baguettes, baps or rolls)

  • 150g left over turkey, sliced or shredded

  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce

  • 2 tbsp of mayo

  • 4 slices of cheese Lettuce, shredded

  • Tomatoes, sliced

  • Salt and pepper

METHOD

1. Spread mayo on the bread.

2. Layer the rest of the ingredients, top with cranberry sauce.

3. Cut in half and serve.
